I have already written to Kamil at Chunky's to thank them all for the excellent service that we received during the move. What we liked. 1) Kamil did a great job from beginning to end. He telephoned me with updates and to make sure that we were happy with everything. He returned my calls promptly and was always helpful. 2) We had a great crew (it was a big move) who worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble. they are very polite, helpful and professional. 3) Everything was well packed with special items receiving extra care, nothing arrived broken! From the moment we contacted these guys to the moment the last box was safely deposited in our new home, our move could not have gone better. Memorable points: good pre-sales service, with knowledgeable staff on pre-removals requirements; good pre-move assessment of contents for move; friendly and professional packing team, with plenty of packing materials to hand; a hard-working removal team, who still found the time to chat to our children to keep them from getting unnerved by the upheaval; and a great after service team, checking that all went well and arranging for the packing materials to be collected once we had finished unpacking. What stood out was the level of customer service. As such, we would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

We moved from Towcester to Reading. Chunky's was a very professional service. I had to change the actual removal date by a week due to a family emergency and Kamil was very flexible and professional about it. We used and packed our own boxes. Chunky Removals is a very impressive service with courteous and efficient staff. My father would highly recommend the company. They represent very good value for money compared to other removal companies and were on time. There was no damage to the goods and they completed the job very quickly.
